-------------------------------------
The USYD Piano Society is a student-led, not-for-profit organisation established at the University of Sydney. Supported by the University of Sydney Union (USU), the USYD Piano Society aims to promote a passion for piano music within USYD and the wider community.
We foster a welcoming and supportive environment for pianists of all skill levels — from complete beginners to advanced performers — and host regular social, educational, and performance-based events throughout the year. Our activities include casual jam sessions, masterclasses, open-mic nights, workshops, and collaborations with other music societies.
Our members range from casual enthusiasts to accomplished performers, creating a vibrant and diverse community where everyone can learn, share, and grow together. Whether you’re looking to perform, meet fellow musicians, or simply appreciate great piano music, there’s a place for you here.
Membership and most events are free.
We invite you to join the USYD Piano Society and become part of our ever-growing community of music lovers. Together, let’s continue to celebrate and share the joy of music across campus and beyond.
